NEW Homes with Special Financing! Here's a deal too good not to pass the news on to my buyers, sellers, clients, people I know, people I hope to know, and anyone who's been thinking about a new home. One of the lenders that I work with at Capital Bank called me to let me know about some homes that Capital Bank has arranged special financing for. Although some of the homes are foreclosures, most of these homes are BRAND NEW Builder spec homes that need to be sold. Here's the situation: Because of the economic climate, some builders have "spec" homes, finished or mostly finished, that are sitting unsold. The builders are paying the construction loans on these homes, but want to build more homes. The bank, in an effort to help the builders so that they can loan them more money to build more houses, has arranged a special program to make it easier for buyers to get into the homes. They are in areas such as Angier, Cary, Morrisville, Wake Forest, Garner, Fuquay Varina, and throughout North Carolina.
